Mini Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

These mini sandwiches are a hit with everyone. These are easy to make and usually gone before I get one."


2 Pkgs. Dinner Rolls
1 lb. swiss cheese, sliced thin
1 lb. ham sliced thin
1 stick of butter
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard


Slice rolls in half lengthwise all together. Place bottom half of rolls in 9 X 13 plan. Place half of ham and half of cheese on bottom half of rolls. Repeat with remaining ham and cheese. Replace top of rolls. Melt butter in small bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Spoon mixture over top of sandwiches. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or prepare ahead of time and refrigerate. Then bake at 350° for 30 - 40 minutes. Enjoy!
