Best Fresh Salsa Ever

Best fresh salsa for those allergic to garlic"


1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes, with juice
1 14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes, with juice
1 14.5 oz Can Rotel Tomatoes (any heat level you like), with juice
1 Small Can Diced Green Chilies, with juice
1 Cucumber, peeled and cut into 2 or 3 chunks
1 Bunch Cilantro, washed and most of stems cut off
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1 Bag Tortilla Chips (scoops work best)


Put all ingredients into food processor or blender and blend until large chunks are gone. This can be done in 2 batches and mixed together if you have a small blender or food processor. Refrigerate leftovers, if any. Guaranteed to please everyone, even kids. No one will even know it doesn't have onions or garlic in it!
