Prosciutto Wrapped ShrimpUser Submitted Recipe
1 lb 16/20 shrimp peeled and de-veined, tails on.
2-3.5 oz. pkg thinly sliced proscuitto.
1/4 extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp dried rosemary.
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper.
1/3 cup freshly grated parma reggiano cheese
Preheat oven to broil. Peel and de-vein shrimp but leave tails on. Toss shrimp in olive oil, rosemary, pepper. Wrap each shrimp in 1/2 of a slice of prosciutto. Place in an oven safe skillet with sides. Sprinkle cheese over the top. -Do not add salt to this recipe. Broil for a few minutes and flip shrimp to broil on the other side until both sides are crispy.
