Baby Portabella mushrooms, stuffed with blue cheese and grilled Vidalia onion, topped with a slice of grilled filet. Top that with prepared béarnaise sauce and watch your friends reaction..."

Ingredients

1 bag baby portabella mushrooms
1-2 filet mignon steaks cooked med
1 8oz tub gorgonzola cheese
1 large Vidalia onion, grilled
1 pkg knorr's béarnaise sauce, prepared according to pkg directions


Instructions

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Stuff caps with blue cheese and grilled onion. Top with a slice of grilled filet and place a TBL of béarnaise sauce on top of that. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes DELICIOUS
