Boursin Cheese

An easy to make appetizer that really makes a statement at parties. "


8 oz. Butter, softened (Must be Real butter--2 sticks)
1 lb. Cream cheese (Two boxes--can also use light cream cheese)
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme


Puree all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Goes really well with plain crackers such as Carr’s Table Water Crackers.
