16 oz. cream cheese, softened.
½ cup peach preserves.
1 tbsp jalapeño slices, minced (bottled).
1 tbsp fresh jalapeño, minced, seeds removed.
1 tbsp onion, minced.
Combine all ingredients, mix until creamy. Chill for one hour, allowing flavors to blend. Serve with assorted crackers and chips.
