1 small garlic clove, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh herbs, washed and dried
1 large shallot, peeled and quartered
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
8oz. light cream cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces
4oz. goat cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions
1. In a Cuisinart® Food Processor fitted with the metal blade, process garlic and herbs until finely chopped, about 10 seconds.
2. Scrape bowl. Add remaining ingredients and process for 10 seconds. Scrape bowl and process until well blended, about 15 more seconds.
3. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers and flatbreads.
