Tangy smoked fish spread
3 cups chopped smoked fish
1/2 cup finely cut celery
1/2 cup finely cut green onions and tops
1/2 cup hand diced red and green sweet peppers
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons hot sauce (Tabasco or Crystal)
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Combine all ingredients. Chill.
Stir before serving. Serve on buttery crackers, like Ritz or Townhouse.
