Ingredients

SALMON FILLET-1 LB
GARLIC-1
JALAPENO-1/2 (YOU CAN USE AS MANY AS U WANT, DEPENDING ON YOUR FLAVOR)
TURMERIC POWDER-1/2 TSP
LEMON JUICE-1 TBSP
OIL-2 TBSP
OIL-FOR GRILLING
SALT AS PER TASTE
CAPSICUM(RED)-1
ONIONS-2


Instructions

1. CUT SALMON INTO BITE SIZE CUBES.
2. PREPARE MARINADE: PUT JALAPENO AND GARLIC CLOVES IN CUISINART STAND MIXER AND CRUSH THEM. TRANSFER THE GARLIC-JALAPENO MIXTURE IN A BOWL AND MIX IN SALT, TURMERIC POWDER, OIL AND LEMON JUICE.
3. COAT THE FISH PIECES WITH THE MARINADE MIXTURE AND LET IT STAND COVERED FOR 30 MINUTES.
4. CUT CAPSICUM AND ONIONS INTO SMALL CUBES. SEASON THEM AND MIX THEM WITH 1 TBSP OIL.
5. SKEW FISH ALTERNATELY WITH ONIONS AND CAPSICUM ON SKEWERS.
6. HEAT YOUR GRILL Pan AND OIL IT.
PUT THE SKEWERS AND GRILL TILL BROWN AND DONE.
7. SERVE HOT WITH LEMON WEDGES.
