This 12" x 12" grill wok is coated in a ceramic non-stick finish that is PFOA, PTFE, and Cadmium Free. Ceramic nonstick coatings also have a higher heat tolerance than traditional nonstick options making these even more ideal for the high demands of grilling. We've also redesigned the grid pattern to allow for maximum grilling performance while maintaining durability.
