Summer is all about fresh produce and flavors. So why not incorporate them into your weekday meals? With a variety of recipes to choose from, your whole family will love our light and tasty meals. And don't worry, our dishes are totally easy to prepare and will be on the table in no time!

Let's start off with breakfast, of course! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so make sure to eat a wholesome meal. Filled with energy and nutrients to get your day started, these recipes are simply delicious:

Soft-Boiled Eggs with Avocado Toast: Hearty bread topped with a red pepper flake avocado mash and perfectly cooked soft-boiled eggs. This dish is loaded with protein and nutrients!
Strawberry Pancakes: Who doesn’t love pancakes in the morning? Especially when they are topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream…Yum!
Very Berry Smoothie: Strawberries, bananas, and mixed berries make a deliciously satisfying morning treat.

Okay now that we have eaten a hearty breakfast, let's see what's on the menu for lunch! These lunches can be easily be prepared ahead of time and brought to work or school. Watch out because your co-works might want a bite of these:

Grilled Vegetable Salad: Simply grill peppers, zucchini, asparagus, and eggplant. Tip: toss veggies in lemon juice and balsamic vinegar for extra flavor.
Easy Chicken Wraps: These wraps are packed with chicken, spinach, arugula, and veggie cream cheese. You might need to make two!
California Sandwich: Whole-grain bread filled with chicken or turkey, avocado, tomatoes, and crispy bacon. Fresh and filling.

Now that lunch is a hit, take your talent to the table and make fresh dinner for your family. We found two of our favorite dishes that you will love, too.

Primavera Shrimp Sauté: Lemony shrimp sautéed with peas and asparagus make for a light and irresistible meal.
Broiled Lemon/Sage Chicken: This is as easy as it sounds! Top chicken with fresh lemon juice/zest, sage, and garlic for a perfectly delightful dinner.
