Baked Potato in a bowl


3 cups Hash Browns
1/2 yellow Onion
Cayenne Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Milk
2-3 cups Chicken broth
seasoned salt to taste
pepper to taste
Dash Curry
1/4 t paprika
1 T Sour Cream
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bacon pieces


Dice and saute onion. Add hash browns, milk, chicken broth and let simmer until hash browns are soft and tender, mash to a smooth texture, add cheese, and bacon pieces, seasonings and sour cream, mix and allow to cook for 30 more minutes. Top with your favorite topping, and enjoy. :)
