Easy Scalloped Potatoes


Potatoes 6-7 medium
Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 large family size can
Milk 1/2 a can
Sour Cream 1 pint
Hamburger 1/2 pound
Frozen Corn 1 Cup
Onion 1 medium, chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups + some for a garnish
Salt and Pepper to taste


Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and slice thin the Russet Potatoes. Arrange in 13x9" greased pan and dot butter on top. Brown and drain hamburger, onions, and corn. Combine in a separate bowl cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, 2 cups of the cheese, salt and pepper. Add hamburger/veggies mixture and stir together. Pour on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 45-50 minutes. Cool before serving.
