Beef Roast - any type, any size
Garlic Cloves - use as many as desired

Tomato Sauce:
Spaghetti Sauce - any type, flavor as desired

3 cups Flour
1-1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg


In a medium stock pot, brown the beef roast in olive oil, pat with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut slits on both sides of the beef and insert the garlic slices.

Pour the spaghetti sauce over the roast and simmer until done (time depends on the size and cut of the roast). Remove the roast; turn the heat up to medium-high to get the spaghetti sauce boiling.

In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, olive oil, salt and egg. Add just enough water to form a soft dough. By spoonful, drop the dough into the spaghetti sauce and cook until done.

Add the meat back to the spaghetti sauce and serve.
