White Lasgana


2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded fresh parmesan
1 egg
1 package of frozen creamed spinach
2 carrots, shredded
Alfredo sauce
1/3 cup of bread crumbs
1 box of lasagna
Salt and pepper to taste


Combined ricotta, parmesan, egg and vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Layer the cheese mixture, layering the mozzarella, top with Alfredo sauce and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour.
