pork BBQ for sandwiches


4 lbs pork tenderloin
1 tblspn light olive oil
2 onions (copped fine)
6 cloves garlic
1 cup Heinz chilli sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tblspn Worcestershire sauce


Heat oil, cook onion & garlic til soft, add chilli sauce, sugar, vinegar & worch. Sauce, for sauce. Set aside. Trim pork place in slow cooker, pour sauce over, cover, cook 6 hours on high till tender & falls apart easily. Place pork on cut. Board, pull apart, now add sauce, keep warm & serve.
