Chicken Dinner


Grilled or Baked Chicken cut into cubes
1/2 c brown rice steamed
1/2 c yellow squash (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c green beans (fresh or frozen)
1/2 - 1 c water


Grill or bake your chicken until well done. Steam veggies until soft. In Food Chopper or Processor Add Diced chicken, cooked rice, cooked veggies and 1/4 c water. Blend on low leave chunks add water if it seems to thick for babies pallet. You can freeze in ice cube trays or freezer safe bowls if you want to make extra. The fun part is you can add ingredients you want baby to have. :)
