White Barbeque Pork Sandwich


White Barbeque Pork
4 lb pork loin
1/8 cup vinigar
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon hot Sauce (like Tabasco)
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Cole Slaw
1/2 head cabbage
1 1/2 cup salad dressing (like Miricle Whip)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon vinigar
1/8 - 1/4 cup milk

1 package of 8-10 sandwich buns
hot sauce


Cot pork loin in half and place in a Cuisinart slow cooker. Pour chopped green pepper, onion and celery into slow cooker.Mix vinigar, water and hot sauce and pour over pork. Mix Salt, pepper, and garlic powder and sprinkle over pork. Cook on high for one hour then turn down and cook on low for 6 hour or until done. Remove meat and shred. Add back into slow cooker, mix and heat through.

Cole Slaw - Run the cabbage through a Cuisinart Food Chopper to grate. Remove cabbage to bowl. In a seperate bowl add salad dressing, sugar, salt and pepper and stir until combined. Add viningar and stir. Combine milk slowly to make a thinner salad dressing to taste. Add dressing to cabbage and mix.

To assemble sandwiches take a bun and put a large heaping serving spoon of pork onto bun. Put a large spoon of cole slaw onto pork and drisle hot sauce to taste. Enjoy. (If you have left over pork it is delicious to use in totillas or tacos.)
