Tailgate Breakfast Pizza


Pizza dough - fresh or store bought
(at room temperature)
4 tbsp melted butter
5 large eggs
5 tsp of whole milk
5 slices canadian bacon (rind removed and diced)
1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp of fresh minced parsley
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
pizza pan (I use a nonstick pizza pan with holes in it for even cooking)


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Position dough in pizza pan, stretching over the edges of pan. Crimp dough up to form crust. Brush crust lightly with melted butter. Lightly beat eggs and milk with a whisk, add bacon, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until crust is golden, and cheese is bubbly. NOTE: this recipe can be varied, and possibilities are endless depending on your taste, and ingredients on hand!
