Apple oatmeal


Rolled Oats cooked
1 apple
1/4cup apple juice
2 pinches cinnamon
real vanilla bean to taste


cook the Rolled oats for one serving
core and peel the apple
cook the apple add the apple juice and cook until tender and on the mushy side.
in your food processor grind the apple until smooth and add the oats until smooth I add extra juice until it is at the right consistency. I taste i add real vanilla and more cinnamon to taste.
