famous chili and bean dip


Canned refried beans
Freshly made salad (diced tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapenos, add some green onion and parsley, put lemon and olive oil and a little bit of spice if you want to)
Cheese of your choice (Parmesan, cheddar, american, and mozzarella is what I usually use)
Sour cream
Chopped jalapeno


make the chili however you want to (no pasta in this one though) then take a nice pan and layer the bottom with chili, put a layer of beans next, then put your fresh salad and just plop some sour cream on top, finish by sprinkling cheese and jalapeno on top.
