Pepperoni Pizza Balls


* Pizza dough (we use store-bought, but you can make your own)
* 1 block of mozzarella cheese cut into small blocks.
1 pkg. pepperoni slices cut in quarters

* 1/4 C. olive oil
* 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
* Grated Parmesan cheese
* Marinara sauce for dipping


Roll the pizza dough out so it is flat.
Use a pizza cutter and cut the dough into equal squares.
Take a few chunks of cheese and a few a piece of pepperoni and put them into one of the squares.
Take the corners and fold them into the center.
Pinch all the edges together so nothing falls out.

Place the dough balls seal side down on a cookie sheet. Repeat until you either fill the pan or run out of dough.

Mix the oil and Italian seasonings and brush over the top of the dough balls.
Sprinkle the oiled balls with parmesan cheese.
Cut small slits in the top to prevent the balls from exploding when cooking.

Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes. Serve with warmed Marinara sauce.
