Warm & Fuzzy Carrots


1 lb. baby carrots, washed
2 tbl. butter
1 cup mini marshmallows


Steam carrots in 1/4 cup of water with lid on pot. When carrots are tender, drain off water. Add butter and allow to melt on low heat. Add marshmallows and gently stir until marshmallows are completely melted. Serve immediately.
