the new series airing on public television which is dedicated to demystifying
important cooking techniques essential to good cooking. The show will be hosted
by Hubert Keller, the award-winning chef-owner of the renowned Fleur de Lys
location in a vineyard kitchen in northern
Hubert Keller: Secrets of a Chef is Keller’s first television series. In each episode, he will transform one of his signature dishes into an easy-to-follow recipe for home cooks, using a variety of professional-quality culinary products from Cuisinart. Each program will focus on one special ingredient, offering home chefs various pointers about the best way to prepare and cook the dishes.
