CUISINART IS BRINGING TO THE TABLE

DS Anodized Cookware, GreenGourmet® Tri-Ply Stainless Cookware and Tea Kettles

Food for Thought:

Bringing Convenience and Technology to the Modern Kitchen

The kitchen is among the fastest evolving rooms in the house, as new innovations and products are constantly being introduced into the marketplace.  While technology may rapidly change, the culinary traditions and beloved recipes that are rooted in the kitchen do not.  Cuisinart’s latest cookware and kettle introductions give home cooks everything they need to recreate generations-old dishes, while simultaneously allowing them to do so more efficiently and easily.

The new products are: GreenGourmet® Tri-Ply Stainless and DS Anodized Cookware, along with new collections of Stainless Steel and PorcelainEnamel on Steel Tea Kettles.  Home cooking has never been easier – or greener – and these new collections are backed by the superior performance, versatility and convenience associated with Cuisinart products.

“We are very excited to introduce these innovative lines of cookware and tea kettles,” says Mary Rodgers, Director of Marketing Communications for Cuisinart.  “By offering nonstick, dishwasher safe cookware, eco-friendly cookware and distinctive tea kettle collections, Cuisinart is once again providing home cooks with multiple products that will meet their needs.”

The Newest Cookware and Kettles from Cuisinart:

Cuisinart DS Anodized Cookware (model no. DSA-11); everyday retail price: $199

Cuisinart’s exclusive ArmorGuard™ protective technology offers a rich hard anodized exterior finish with the convenience of dishwasher cleanup, and the Eterna™ nonstick cooking surface on the cookware’s interior provides unsurpassed food release and exceptional durability.  The DS Anodized’s hard anodized construction offers superior durability and optimal cooking performance, and heats quickly and evenly to eliminate hot spots.  Contoured, ergonomic stainless steel handles stay cool on the stovetop and side grips ensure balanced cooking.

This 11-piece set includes a 1-Qt. Saucepan with cover, a 2 ½-Qt. Saucepan with cover, a 3-Qt. Sauté Pan with cover, a 6-Qt. Saucepot with cover, a Pasta Insert (fits the 6-Qt. Saucepot), an 8” Skillet, and a 10” Skillet.

Cuisinart GreenGourmet® Tri-Ply Stainless Cookware (model no. GGT-10); everyday retail price:$299

Cuisinart continues to lead the way in eco-friendly branded cookware with the newest addition to its GreenGourmet® line. The cookware’s tri-ply stainless, induction-ready construction features an aluminum alloy core bonded to a stainless interior coated with exclusive Cuisinart Ceramica™ nonstick technology.  Ceramica™ is ceramic based instead of petroleum based, which helps to conserve existing oil supplies; the coating is applied at a temperature one half that of conventional nonsticks and it’s completely free of PTFE and PFOA.  A stainless steel exterior provides high heat conductivity, which requires less energy to reach desired cooking temperatures.  Riveted stainless handles stay cool on the stovetop and are made from 70% recycled stainless steel, and all packaging is printed using soy ink and is made of 100% recycled material.

This 10-piece set includes a 1-Qt. Saucepan with cover, a 2 ½-Qt. Saucepan with cover, a 3-Qt. Sauté Pan with cover, a 6-Qt. Saucepot with cover, an 8” Skillet and a 10” Skillet.  Availability: Immediately
