Cranberry relish side dish"
12-16 oz. pkg. fresh cranberries 1 large orange or 2-3 clementines, peeled and sectioned 1 large apple, cored and sliced 5-6 large pitted dates 3/4 - 1 cup sugar
With chopping blade in bowl of food processor, finely mince fruit in 2 or 3 batches. Don't over process, or you'll have puree! Combine minced fruit and sugar in large bowl. Refrigerate, covered for at least 24 hours or up to two weeks. SO good with turkey or ham!
