1 Package sage and onion stuffing
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 chopped celery
2 tablespoon bacon grease
1 lb ground chuck (cooked)
In a medium frying pan, fry ground chuck til browned with the bacon grease, then add celery, onion, butter, broth, garlic and pepper. Cook til just a bit tender . Then in bowl, heat the broth til warm, add the packaged stuffing, then add the cooked ingredients, along with the juices from the cooked ingredients. Stuff the bird and make extra. It'll be eaten fast.
