Maxed Out Basting Sauce
Ingredients
2 sticks of butter
1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
Favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
Melt 2 sticks butter with juice of 1 lemon & 2 crushed garlic cloves.
Baste chicken, fish or even steaks with basting sauce while cooking.
Save 1/4 cup of baste to mix with BBQ sauce for serving with meal.
