4 thick cut fresh pineapple slices
2 white peaches
2 tsp neutral flavored oil
1 pint coconut ice cream
1 cup granola
1. Grill each pineapple slice for 1-2 minutes per side, or until just slightly charred. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush each cut side of peach lightly with oil and grill for several minutes or until charred and softened. 2. Place one pineapple slice and one peach half in the bottom of each of four bowls. Top with a scoop of ice cream and then sprinkle evenly with the granola.
