Spectacular roast beef"
Brisket (flat end)
Lots of fresh, chopped garlic and salt and pepper to taste
Heavy duty foil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put two layers of heavy duty aluminum foil into 9 X 13 pan. Slice onion and put a layer of onions on foil. Put a layer of garlic (to taste) on bottom of roast and put that side down over the onions on the foil. Put garlic on top of roast that is on the foil in the pan and then a layer of onions on top of the garlic. Put salt and pepper on to taste. Cover tightly with foil. Put in oven for 6 hours (DO NOT OPEN FOIL DURING THAT TIME). Just be careful at that point because it is so good you will have a hard time not eating it all before having dinner. At this point you can also shred it and make some great bbq beef.
