Barbeque Flank Steak
2 lbs Flank Steak
Cracked Black Pepper
1 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Mustard powder
Bring Flank Steak to room temperature.
Mix in a bowl warmed honey; table spoon of Mustard powder Teaspoon of Garlic powder and sea salt.
Mix well to suspend powders in Honey.
Brush on the Flank steak coating both sides.
Cracked Black Pepper over the top of the flank Steak and adding crushed Garlic over the top of the meat.
Grill 5 minutes on both sides Med heat. Last 5 minutes. Turn center burner down and two outside burners to high. Finish with indirect heat.
While grilling and after turning re-glaze the Flanks steak with additional honey.
Cut in strips and enjoy !!!
