Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Wash salmon and pat dry. Drizzle freshly squeezed lemon juice over the fleshy side, then brush with melted butter. Lightly sprinkle each portion with the remaining 3 ingredients. Grill over a heat (about 350-400 degrees). Since thickness of filets varies between cuts, for thinner filets grill about 5 minutes total, thicker portions grill about 10 mins total. Brush with melted butter when you turn to grill opposite side!
