Grilled Shrimp


Easy-grilling shrimp appetizer



Raw shrimp with tails on (I use frozen)
Olive Oil
Wooden skewers


Defrost shrimp overnight in refrigerator. Devein (clean)shrimp, keep tail on. Use paper towels to get excess moisture off shrimp. Put shrimp in a plastic bag. Pour in olive oil (enough to coat all shrimp well) Let them sit about 30 minutes (flip bag over every 10 mins) Put shrimp on skewers - face all tails the same way so they are spooning each other. Grill till cooked. I prefer a high heat with grill marks. Serve as an appetizer.
