1 lb salmon fillet with skin
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. whole grain Dijon mustard
1 tsp. garlic, minced (in jar)
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Preheat grill. In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, garlic and vinegar. Spread evenly on top and sides of salmon (not on skin side!). Place salmon skin side down on grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until just cooked through. Check frequently for flare-ups. Do not turn fish over, as the honey could cause flare-ups.
