Summer Salsa
"
An easy salsa that can be made any time of the year, but is especially good when fresh tomatoes are available."
Ingredients
Package of 6 tomatoes (do not peel)
2 jalapeno peppers
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
salt(to taste)
1 teaspoon Tabasco
Instructions
Wash and chop the tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic. You can seed the jalapeno peppers, if you want less heat in the salsa. Add salt and Tabasco (to taste), Stir the ingredients and refrigerate. The salsa will be more watery if you use fresh tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
