Slow cooker smoked pulled ham
Ingredients
5-7 pound store bought bone in ham (not spiral sliced)
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon all spice
4 cups water
Instructions
Place water and liquid smoke in the bottom of slow cooker. Place ham in slow cooker, trimming ham to make it fit. Sprinkle all spice over top of ham. Set slow cooker to high and cook for 8 - 12 hours. Remove ham, trim fat and bones. Pull ham and mix with some of the juices from the crock pot. Place on your favorite sandwich roll. Garnish with your favorite BBQ toppings such as cole slaw, grilled onions or pickles. Left overs can be placed over rice the next day. Enjoy
