Coconut Macaroons


1 bag sweetened, shredded coconut
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate for dipping optional, but yummy!


Preheat oven to 325
Mix everything in bowl. Place rounded spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, bake 20-23 minutes. Cool on wire rack, when completely cooled, melt chocolate in microwave, dip half of cookie in chocolate, place on wax paper to set. Makes about 10 cookies.
