1 lb. boneless chicken breast
2 (15oz.) great northern beans (cans) or (jars)
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth (reduced sodium)
2 (4 oz.) cans green chiles
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 onion, size for your taste
Cut chicken in small pieces or chunks, brown in olive oil with onion. add the rest of the ingredients using the sour cream and whipping cream last I usually double the recipe. for more taste you can add real bacon bits to the chili.
