Jewish Apple Cake
"
This Apple cake is moist and yummy. Not too sweet at all which makes it the perfect desert or snack cake. The apples on top look fabulous and make the cake so pretty"
Ingredients
5 Apples of your choice cut into small slices
Mix 3 tablespoons of white sugar and 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon with the sliced apples
1 cup of oil of your choice, I use olive
4 eggs
2 cups of White Sugar
3 Cups of all-purpose Flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 of milk-soy-creamer
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons of baking powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. The apples, sugar and cinnamon should be to the side.
Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Pour in some batter, then sprinkle apple mixture, batter, apple mixture. Start with batter and end with apples
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes
