Ramon Noodle Salad
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 1/3 cups Water
1/4 to 1/2 cup Sugar
2 Seasoning packets from ramen noodles
2 pkgs. Chicken or beef flavored ramen noodles
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Coleslaw or broccoli salad mix
1 bunch Green onions, chopped
1 Red or green pepper, chopped
1 cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Slivered almonds
1 cup Cooked chicken or ham chopped small
Break ramen noodles into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, water, sugar and seasoning packets; mix well. Pour dressing over broken ramen noodles; let soften while you prepare the rest of the salad.
Combine coleslaw mix, green onions, red pepper, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds and chicken. Mix well. Combine salad with noodles and dressing. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours or more to let flavors combine.
