Hampton Plantation Shrimp Pilaf

This is perfect the use small fresh shrimp"
Ingredients
4 slices (or more) bacon
2 cups shrimp (cleaned)
1 cup raw rice
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Fry bacon until crisp. Save to use later. Add bacon grease to water in which you cook rice. In another pot, melt butter, and then add celery. Cook a few minutes; add shrimp which have been sprinkled with Worcestershire sauce and dredged in flour. Stir and simmer until flour is cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked rice and mix until rice is all buttery and shrimpy. Stir in crumbled bacon.
