head of cabbage
1-1/3 cup mild white vinegar
2-2/3 cup granulated sugar
3-1 cup whipping cream (DO NOT WHIP)
Grate cabbage in Cuisnart, set aside
Place regular blade in Cuisinart and blend the vinegar, sugar and whipping cream.
Pour dressing over cabbage about 1 hour before serving, toss to coat cabbage (Note: It looks as if there isn't enough dressing, but there always is)
This will keep about 24 hours and then the quality deteriorates.
