Fingerlings in bacon
10 bacon slices
20 small fingerling potatoes
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut each bacon slice in half.
3. Using a fork, poke once into each potato.
3. Wrap a bacon piece around each potato (over the holes will let some of that bacon grease drip inside!) and secure with a toothpick.
4. Put potatoes in a baking dish and bake until bacon is crisp and potatoes are tender. (30-40 mins)
5. Let cool slightly.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
