4 large leeks, halved lengthwise and cut in 1/4" slices
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400' Put butter and leeks in ovenproof casserole. stir in salt. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or more, stirring occasionally. until very tender and creamy
