7 Layer Mexican Dip
Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
1 can of refried beans
1, 8oz container of sour cream
Guacamole (fresh or store bought)
1 container of salsa (fresh or store bought)
Shredded cheese Mexican blend, or your preference
1/2 cup chopped olives
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup green onions
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a pan and then let cool
Pre-heat oven to 400°
Using a oven safe dish (9x13 or to preference) spread refried beans on the bottom of the dish
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over refried beans
After ground beef is cooled use a slotted spoon to cover the cheese with the ground beef
Spread container of sour cream over ground beef
Spread guacamole on top of sour cream
Take salsa and spread on top of the guacamole to cover
Take shredded cheeses and generously cover the salsa until you cannot see though to salsa
Cover with tin foil making sure it doesn't touch the cheese
Put in the oven for half an hour, with the last 10 minutes take tin foil off
If desired then after cooking you can turn the oven to low broil for a couple minutes to brown the top
When done allow 10-15 minutes to cool
Top with chopped olives, chopped tomatoes and chopped green onions then serve
