Olive Tapenade


1/2 cup Kalamata, green and black olives
1/4 cup drained capers
1/4 cup parsley leaves
2 garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon lemon juice and zest


Put all ingredients into food processor and whirl. Leave a bit chunky. Serve with toasted baguette slices. Yummy
