Greek Beef Sandwiches
4 stalks chopped celery.
1 large chopped onion.
A 3-5 pound beef roast.
All purpose Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt.
1 package dry onion soup mix.
1 can cream of mushroom soup.
1 half cup sour cream.
Put 4 stalks chopped celery and 1 large chopped onion in the bottom of roaster.
Take a 3-5 pound beef roast and rub the outside of it with 3 teaspoons of all purpose Greek seasoning mixed with 1 teaspoon garlic salt. Put
the rubbed beef roast on top of the celery and onion and sprinkle over 1 package
dry onion soup mix. Cover and bake for five hours at 250.
When the meat is fully cooked, cut the roast in small pieces and put back into the roaster with the celery and onion (save all juices). Then add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup sour cream. Heat in crock-pot.
This should make 40-50 small bun sandwiches.
