1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped finely
1 8 oz. jar Salsa
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 Cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Tortilla chips for dipping
Brown ground beef and onion, drain,
then crumble into crock pot.
Combine all other ingredients, except tortilla chips, in slow cooker.
Cover, heat on low 1-2 hours, until cheese is melted.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
