1.5 cups raw pumpkin seeds
1.5 cups raw walnuts
1 white onion
2 clove garlics
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
3 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
sea salt and black pepper
Soak the nuts and seeds in filtered water a few hours, then rinse.
Place in food processor with onion and garlic and pulse until desired consistency, slightly chunky.
Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste, pulse lightly to mix.
