Pump Fake Dip

" Meaty filling taste without meat, with plenty of nutrition to keep that man in motion."


1.5 cups raw pumpkin seeds
1.5 cups raw walnuts
1 white onion
2 clove garlics
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
3 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
sea salt and black pepper


Soak the nuts and seeds in filtered water a few hours, then rinse.
Place in food processor with onion and garlic and pulse until desired consistency, slightly chunky.
Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste, pulse lightly to mix.
Serve in large leaves of lettuce, collards or cabbage with sliced lemons, diced cucumber, tomatoes, olives,
Or use as a dip for chips or part of nachos.
