South Bend Clam Stew
2 cups 4% milk.
1 Tblsp. Spoon butter.
1 6-1/2 oz. can of chopped or minced clams plus juice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
In a saucepan, bring milk and butter to a simmer. (don’t boil)
Add can of clams and juice.
Simmer all together the final product till warm and serve.
